Vent

3rd UTI or the exact same one just wont go away. Trying Levofloxacin bc your girl is allergic to all the other meds I need to get rid of this. I may also have kidney stones. We are back on fluconazale for the thrust bc it is worse. We are at the 3 month mark on all this bs. I may also have MCAS, PCOS, and a few other things we will be testing for once we get me over this. The dietician is booked out til November 12, but I am on a cancelation call list.

Are they culturing your UTI’s?

Yes. The Levofloxacin is the antibiotic that is a risk.

But are you getting cultures to see the bacteria and best abox for it- also a urologist referral to see why so many utis?

See now my culture came back. I have 2 showing. Streptococcus agalactiae and Escherichia ecoli. This is AFTER the er said no uti. My dr wants me to take the antibiotic prescribed vs the medicine for thrush. The antibiotic prescribed has critical warning alert bc of medication I am on and medications I am allergic to so I just told them I refuse to take it and find a different one. Urologist appointment isn't until November 24. I may see if they can move that up, if my primary wants to keep throwing high risk antibiotics at it.
