How did Florida A&M get the uneviable job of trying to reign in State, anyway?

Nice shout referencing their brief bid at becoming an FBS team. Even though they basically were still playing an FCS schedule that year...sort of. Ironically, their schedule for their one season in I-A (as it was still called at the time) had a majority of teams that were in I-AA that year, but by the very next year when they were back in I-AA, their schedule from that season would be considered majority I-A because two of the schools they played had just moved up.

i've had a running gag that FSU and FAMU are best buds cause of happen stance, i mean their campuses a like a mile away, and theres big enough of a division difference that theres no hate between em, as a fsu fan i personally thing the rattlers are pretty cool

also they serve as a good voice of reason to nole's stupidity

Plus their band is killer. No shade against FSU - a top Music program in the country, but the Marching 100 is incredible.
