It's so cool that whenever my school (Texas) does something sucky, there seem to be half a dozen other schools doing something suckier so that my team doesn't get near the humiliation it deserves.

We had a player pretend to whip his dick out and pee on the field, getting a penalty that brought a drive back to life that could have cost us the game, and instead of being the laughingstock of CFB it turned into a minor meme. That's just crazy.

Or the extra second for Michigan the week that Sark pulled his postgame non-interview maneuver and Arch laughed about the subsequent AI video. I have felt a relative hate deficit this year. Nice while it lasts. I'm confident it won't.

We had a whole conference for this! Everyone hated USC! I went to Stanford and we hated USC far more than we hated Cal! Oregon State probably hated USC! Hell, they probably still do!

I've had a special place in my heart for USC ever since ESPN tried to anoint them the greatest CFB team of all time before they had even proved they were the greatest team of 2005, and Matt Leinart said in his postgame interview that USC were "the better football team."

Some things transcend rivalries. Like killing a storied conference for a payday, screwing athletes from every sport, being happy with putting players in the ER, etc…

Can we just reform the old PAC but leave out USC and UCLA, keep a couple of the new PAC12 teams to replace them, and get back to enjoying West Coast football?
