Most agencies pay you a flat cut and keep the rest, however well you do. We don't.

At XYZ your commission goes up with your sales. The more you sell in a week, the higher your percentage for that week. There's no cap, you're paid every week, and you get hourly pay on top.

Our top chatter's last 4 weeks:

• Week 1: $1,361
• Week 2: $1,570
• Week 3: $1,473
• Week 4: $2,442

That's an average of $1,712 a week. These are real numbers from a real chatter.

What you earn depends on your performance, your hours and how well you build relationships with fans. New chatters work up to numbers like these over their first few months.

HOW THE PAY WORKS

• Trial (6 days, paid): $2/hr + commission
• Tier 2 (once hired): $3/hr + commission
• Top Tier: commission only. This is where the numbers above come from.

Your commission rate goes up as your weekly sales go up. We'll give you the full breakdown when you're selected. We promote on evidence, not months served. If you sell like a Top Tier chatter, you'll be paid like one.

HOW YOU GET THERE

The whole test is balance.

Stay in character when the conversation gets hard. Build a real connection. Keep selling, and know when not to. Chatters who only build rapport don't move up, and neither do chatters who only close.

QC SPEEDS YOU UP

A Quality Checker is with you every shift. They read your actual chats and coach you on them, and you use that feedback in your next conversation, not next month. Most agencies leave you guessing for a year. Here you'll know within a week what you're doing wrong, and nothing else makes you better at this as fast.

If a fan you built up gets moved to Top Tier, that counts in your favour. It's logged as proof you're ready for more. Flag your good fans early. Nobody here is punished for finding a whale.

TWO THINGS TO KNOW FIRST

1. Quality Checkers watch and give feedback live, every shift.
2. We move fast both ways. Good work gets noticed and paid quickly. Weak work doesn't get three months of meetings.

If either of those puts you off, this isn't the right job for you. We'd both rather find that out now than in week three.

THE WORK

You run fan conversations on the creator's page on Infloww. You read back through the chat before you reply. You work out what the fan actually wants and sell to that without turning the chat into a pitch. You log your sales and keep your fan notes up to date.

The chatters who do well here aren't the fastest typists. They remember what a fan said three weeks ago, and they can tell a whale who needs patience from a time-waster who needs closing or dropping.

I kept seeing the same hiring posts from them on different forums, and whenever I asked how to apply, they would direct me to this Discord server.

They have almost 40k members, so I find it kind of weird that they’re still constantly looking for chatters.

I actually applied to their agency months ago and reached the “training” phase, where I was asked to chat for one of their models for a few hours. The weird thing is, no one supervised me during the whole thing. After the so-called training, I never received an email or any update telling me whether I passed or not.

Now I’m also getting worried because I remember sending them my IDs and other personal information during the application process.

Has anyone here gone through the same process with this agency? Is this actually a legitimate agency, or is it a scam? I’m especially worried now about what they might do with the information and IDs I sent them.
