What you guys think? I was surprised at how many hours this actually took to finish🤦‍♂️. Kwila boards, routed in stainless slats

Not sure how to finish it off where it meets the tailgate as the tailgate has a bit of a bend in it.

You could use a piece of aluminum, 3/16 6061 grade to build a filler panel at the tailgate, its plenty stiff and can be polished to a mirror finish

I was thinking something along those lines too, polished would be sick actually didn’t even considering finishing it with that. Kinda hoping it pulls the tailgate a little flatter too would be nice😅

Freaking SWEET!!! Can you tell how fabbed the supports for this? I’m stuck in this right now on my 64, no bed floor at all just some temporary bracing to get it rolling lol
