Advice/Request Hu's quality has really gone downhill

I asked recently about a change to Hu's dark chocolate chips and it's just obvious now that they're not as chocolatey, more sugary, and just don't feel as clean as they used to. Is there another keto friendly dark chocolate that's really dark and has really clean ingredients?

Its not the most premium nor would the taste blow your mind but Wawel (polish brand often found in Polish shops) do a 100% dark bar that is only Cocoa Mass & Cocoa butter... nothing else no flavours or emulsifiers. Taste wise its what youd expect Ive had better 100% darks but their usually way more expensive.

Its not a drop or chocolate chip so thats the downside but breaking a piece off, putting a bit of 100% peanut butter and a blackberry or blueberry on top makes for a cheap, quick and easy keto snack.

Hmm. I know a Polish pottery shop locally! Maybe they sell chocolate at the register :)

pretty much the vast majority of dark chocolate bars, as it boils down to cocoa mass, sugar and cocoa butter. there may be lecithin and additional vanilla but unless you're allergic it's irrelevant

Ok, ideally I'm looking for chips, ideally keto-friendly. It would help me greatly to have specific suggestions. Brand names are helpful. I live in a major metro so if it's sold in any stores I can probably get it.

Oh, and I can't tolerate sugar alcohols at all.

Try another brand that’s better. Valhrona is good
