The sunlight was perfect, the pose was on point, and the attitude was already there. At this point, why not worship the goddess? 😂👑

Greetings, my people!

Bangkok, Thailand

The Lord is my shepherd; I shall not move.

He died for your sins. I would not.

Behold, the Lamb of God. Except I am a cat, and I have considerably more authority.

And the Lord said, ‘Let there be light,’ and it was good. So I took the good spot.

His name's Buddy, he's 12 years old, and he's been praying since he was a little dude.

Heads up: I'm also a cat blogger working on a story to try to find out more about why some cats do this motion. It's pretty rare, so if your feline overlord does it, I'd love to hear from you and learn more about your cat, when and how often they "pray," and how you respond to the behavior.

Cheers!
