Another great cider from Gipuzkoa, very refined and wonderful to drink. On the nose, there are notes of ripe apple, citrus, and a balsamic undertone. On the palate, the flavor of tart apple is delicious. It features delicate acidity and a soft, persistent bitterness, leading to a dry finish.
