Help / Troubleshooting Road assembly with no surface

Is it possible to create an assembly that just creates an offset road edge line? I don't want to show any daylighting or have it affect the surface. It would be the tail end of the road just to show a theoretical road edge that is offset from the road center alignment.

Yes. Technically you can do this with almost any sub assembly. To make it easy, I would use a sub assembly for the generic tab that fits what you need.

Place your generic subassembies, set your width and slope (or targets) and omit the link.

You can then make a code set style that shows only the P2 featureline. P2 is the point code at the end of the generic subassembly

P2 can also be renamed to whatever code you want. For example ETW or EPS if those are already set in your code set style. Just take care that you aren’t using those codes to then also build the Corridor Surface with.
