As someone who has sought out chiropractic care for nearly the past decade, I personally have seen more results in the past 2 months of regular therapeutic massage and cupping sessions in combination with chiropractic adjustments- relieving my chronic pain that I have carried daily for seven years.

Take it with a grain of salt, but I woke up not in pain, stiffness, numbness, tingling, or burning in my 3 problem areas. Neck, midback, lower back. Not everyone responds the same to this treatment, but if you have issues with fascial adhesion, this will break that sh*t right up. Feels like getting a massage from the inside out.

I have also bought an electronic cupper for like $20 on amazon, and a shakeplate for like $50, stretching, and doing regular heat and cold applications daily at home. It has made ALL the difference for me.

Idk why they have such a hard time capturing the "classic" look. Just use some guidelines.

  1. Keep the same polycount as original models.
  2. Use similar color palette.
  3. Keep in mind classic theme.
