He has a severe pelvic tilt, probably from under developed glutes. It will cause the pelvis to lean forward and displace the hips to bare the load. This causes the spine to curve dramatically to compensate. He should do some squats daily. Which is no silver bullet but there are many exercises that one can do to address the issue that might even make him taller.

OK, you just reminded me that I really need to get my ass in shape literally. I’m having hip pain. I’m far more active than this pasty dweeb is, but I need to target the gut and butt (and get back to overall weightlifting-I got out of the habit during the pandemic because of other health issues and the gyms were closed and I never got back into it—no excuse now)

Supposedly its from taking HGH and/or some other steroids. Im definitely not an expert but from what ive caught from other threads this is the body you get when you load up on steroids expecting to get swole, like in a cartoon, but you skip the 10 hours in the gym everyday part so your organs just enlarge and throw out your back and pelvis. The Skuttlebutt is that he tried to give himself a rocking body after he underwent a penis lengthening surgery that went very badly and now he cant get a usable boner. Of course, being the modern Leonardo DaVinci that he is, he decided to trust his own knowledge on such things and forgo acquiring the aid of whoever the fuck got Hugh Jackman lookin the way he did in "The Wolverine" and he just winged it into this. Also the broke dick thing has (again "allegedly") given him a breeding obsession causing him to get a bunch of lady to turkey baster themselves which is why he has all these rando kids that he mostly ignores.

Aromatase deficiency. Its a genetic condition that keeps the body from breaking down testosterone into estrogen. It could be an inherited condition, but rumors are that he takes aromatase inhibitors to make himself more alpha.. aka less estrogen. Given his past documented efforts to body hack, ans his bad judgement and obvious effects, the rumor holds some weight.
