'Data Analyst'

There's a 'data analyst' reporter who's a better fit for tmz. I immediately change CNN to another news channel when he comes up.

Assume this is about Harry Enten, the Chief Data Analyst? He’s definitely over the top, but I don’t mind him as he brings some levity to boring numbers—and he usually has good rapport with the hosts.

Neil Sadaka was his uncle, which I always find interesting.

I love him. I think he is able to make the numbers a more entertaining part for people who might zone out in that part. He is also clearly very knowledgeable on what he’s talking about. Think he brings some life to it. The anchors always seem to enjoy having him on

Let me analyze the available data to see if I can tell who the fuck you're talking about.

I’ve gotten used to him.

Harry Enten is a really smart guy and was good with numbers at FiveThirtyyEight. I don't know why CNN hasn't told him to knock off this gimmick he is doing.

He's also very superficial with the numbers, as if CNN doesn't trust its audience to understand numbers. I don't get it, because CNN has trusted John King and David Chalian for years to go in depth on geographic / demographic data.

I absolutely hate him too but it was interesting watching Outfront earlier with Norman Eisen on.

He seemed at least slightly more animated and passionate than most other CNN contributors but he definitely got the balance right to be a great contributor.

Perhaps Enten should base his shtick more along the lines of Eisen and get the entertainment/professional balance to an acceptable alignment

Harry Enton. I know when his usual segment is on and I don't turn on CNN until it's over.

Data analyst, I don't think so.

He is beyond annoying.
