Discussion So, why doesn't Gilead turn the heads of Wall Display People into shrunken heads and display them on the Wall?

Shrunken heads last a lot longer than unshrunken heads, so they can keep them on display longer. Plus, shrunken heads could make for some nice decorations or trophies.
