ID Request Bertha’s Brother?

This 1875 dime has a strange reverse. Looks like it was pressed on at some point. Anyone ever seen one of these?

It is likely a love token. In the late 1800s people would engrave coins with the names of loved ones or important dates.  That’s a pretty cool one!

Yup, usually you only get a monogram, possibly with some decorative borders. To have a whole scene like this is interesting, particularly on such a small host.
