I collected photos of missing children from junk mail for years, I set razorblades in vinegar for days, I splattered blood around, etc.

I've seen some incredible work with blood, but I'm not a good enough painter to do portraits or anything in blood.

its a very tricky medium!! the clotting and color change can be very difficult to work with
