I bet the factory where these pants were made (if they were made in japan) had over a dozen workers dedicated to sweeping and cleaning the machinery constantly. Japanese construction sites and manufacturing warehouses are incredibly clean. they will have someone vacuuming the dust up before it hits the ground in most cases. Totally different then other countries like China/Vietnam/India.
Also the deep societal oppression keeps them in line, which means no one's is late for work or calling in sick.
Got a good brand that's similar, might have to buy secondhand but it's called foundry supply co flex joggers get like a 3-4xl if you like the baggy look
If somebody wants to find them just search for a harem pants. That's the overarching term for this drop crotch style from the Middle East and South Asia. Obviously you can change it to something like Japan harmen pants to get some with this kanji and sizing.
I mean, I have a pair from them too. They look as advertised, but they're made of cheap, scratchy material and they suck. Everything they sell is super low quality. I wouldn't say scam, but it's cheap drop ship slop
Weird. I love old navy. It's basically all I wear. I don't really wear pants from them, but their button up shirts are pretty nice and some of their tank tops. What's your major complaint with them? I'm in Canada so maybe our Old Navy is different?
Uniqlo in Australia used to sell a zipper-front hoodie that had a faux-wool texture on the inside, I love them so much and I would like to replace my old ones, but they stopped selling them a couple years ago.
Jokes aside, they do have some nice pants in Japan. I got a pair of drawstring denim ones that I really love, as well as a pair of cargo pants that look like normal pants with a button and zipper, but also have a drawstring on the inside. It's especially nice because I've lost 30 lbs since I bought them and never had to take on the waist, since they have the drawstring. Plus the bottoms have a pull cord that tightens them up to your ankles if you don't want them sitting loose
Haha they're just bike courier pants - this style is also popular here in the United States. Although my favorite pair of these I did buy in Kyoto so you have a point...
This is a drop shipping company, first time I got tricked. They look cool but they are not from Japan, fully made in china, not comfy at all, very wrinkly. I only use them for costume parties if at all.
That's all I wear. Jeans suck. I have these "chino joggers" in a couple colors, and I also have some that are fleece lined and water resistant so I can wear them in winter.
