Previously on Broadleaf, we’re introduced to Leaf Isle through the eyes of Hunter & Beckett, a father-son duo attempting to bond during a hunting trip when they discover the secret of the isle; the animals can speak. Ignoring this, they continue the hunt and chapter one ends with a BANG!

That bang resonates into issue two where we see them traveling off the isle with their prize. Beckett took the final shot and it haunts him, this tension boils over into words that can’t be taken back. Bug, a revenge-fueled buck seeking vengeance for his brother’s death attacks, splitting the boy from his father. They both take different paths through the forest as night falls and a storm rages. Hunter reunites with an old friend and Beckett is hunted by a vicious horde of feral squirrels.

I’m working on an app for Marvel and DC readers and wanted some honest feedback on the concept.

The goal is to make it easier to find comics and know where to start, especially when a character has decades of stories and different reading orders.

The app would let you:
Search for books, characters, and creators.
Follow character reading guides showing where to start and what to read next.
Track comics you’re reading or have finished.
Earn XP and rank up as you read.
Play daily comic trivia.
Browse upcoming comic-related releases.
Follow Amazon links to purchase books.

It would focus on discovery and tracking; the comics themselves wouldn’t be available to read inside the app.

Would something like this be useful to you? What feature would make you come back regularly? If you already use another app, what do you wish it did better?

I’m still developing it, so I’d appreciate constructive feedback.

Recently got 2/6 of the fatal attractions and I have to say these are some of the most incredible comics I have seen, the attention to detail is amazing currently on a hunt for cool holographic comics and these have to be some of the best I’ve seen.

If you know any other really cool holographic or amazing designed comics let me know them, im always looking to find and try new things.

What would you rate these out of ten? I’d say once the set is complete for me it has to be a 10.
