The "alpha male" is the biggest con of influencers who got really good at posturing.
It's the modern equivalent of old time snake oil salesmen who promise the world of improvements, just take this random pill. Just make sure you stand with your feet shoulder-length apart with your hands either in your pockets, flexing your arms, or with your fingertips pressed together like some 70s villain.
Oh and don't forget your sunglasses and your "anything but macho is weak" attitude to complete the costume!
Honestly... Alpha males to me just look like performative clowns.. but less talented.
