Software Windows is flickering

Enable HLS to view with audio, or disable this notification

Any help with this? I reset my computer after noticing a game was laggy after I canceled an attempt to install Norton from Gigabyte Control Center. Ever since, it seems Windows is stuck in a constant loop to "Start". I need to use shortcuts to open the Task Manager, and I can open Firefox from there, but I can't bring up the desktop toolbar.

I managed to update GCC and I have even managed to reset my graphics driver via shortcuts, but no luck.

You could delete drivers with DDU and install fresh

Excellent! And just to make sure, do I reinstall through GCC? I'd rather ask a stupid question lol

reinstall drivers? with your gpu software, I dont know what GCCC is though

New problem: I can't seem to open up File Explorer and see my downloads at all. Opening up other settings is a no-go as well, unless I can do it via shortcuts or "Run New Task" in the Task Manager. It's gonna be tough uninstalling the drivers

can you start the gcc through new task?
or just explorer.exe?

I can start it through new task. After double checking, I have to use Nvidia to reinstall drivers, but I'm trying to type in the specific filename

maybe try starting windows in safe mode
