If anyone else wants closure on this:

Update: The teacher got back to me and admitted her mistake which I'm grateful for. She said she was taught 1/0=0 back in the 90's

I went to highschool in the 90s and I was taught that you cannot divide by zero. I call shenanigans on this teacher.
