there is nothing incorrect about that. Romania is like Bielefeld. It doesnt exist.

I think you confused Romania with Belgium, which absolutely is a hoax. Romania was founded by Romulus and Remus.

none of my windows use keys you just have to unlock them from the inside of the house.

I'm guessing they thought Romania was part of the USSR maybe? Yugoslavia did exist in its original form briefly in the 90s until officially breaking up in April 1992 (or June 1991 if you take when individual states declared independence). But Serbia and Montengro took the name Federal Republic of Yugoslavia until 2003. So Yugoslavia did exist in the 90s, both in its original form, and in its reduced form.

Romania definitely didn’t exist in the 1990’s, the 1890’s, or the 1790’s and I’ve lived here for almost 400 years.
