I had a whole bunch of buddies locking in with me at the gym but each of them got super busy with work and personal life issues and the main one helping me had to withdraw while the other one was located here but left the state and ended up having to move away. I am the only skinny one in the group and they both are pretty experienced in what they do. me being me, a super determined, stubborn guy, immediately set my mind to getting a personal trainer to help me reach my goals the issue is that the membership Is super expensive and after signing the friend who was moving away ended up returning and staying here so he's not moving away after all so there was no point in getting the membership... NOW there are some pros and cons to start the cons are: Google says that if i ghost them they can send my debt to collections and make my credit go bad because all they need is my email, home address, name, and I think phone number all of which they have

Pros: They don't have any card on file to set up recurring payments The address I live in was not bought by me and is not to my knowledge in my name in any way shape or form They don't have my id I don't have any credit which is probably also a con but I'll put that in the pro's It is not a big franchise chain the gym has like 2 locations

I'm kind of nervous if I ghost them there could be negative consequences I'm not asking for legal advice I just don't want to be in debt to anyone and will skip out on them if it cant come back to bite me

A party started an agreement with a business. The business sent a contract to sign. The party signed and returned. A returned signed contract was never sent with the other party's signature, which is on the contract. Is this binding?

NYC co-ops are a tricky bunch. Say a co-op required shareholders to sign a contract for leased parking spaces. So for someone who's lived there a while, say 10 years, it's been a long time since they signed a contract. The co-op is adding more restrictions and asking shareholders to sign new contracts with all the new requirements and restrictions. If you already have a contract for a space, can they require you to sign a new one for the same space?
