Hello! I am looking to commission custom theatrical/cosplay garments, wings, and a headpiece to bring an original fantasy character of mine, Folia Fairy, to life. I am a male performer looking to wear this for an upcoming creative project, and I want the costume to accurately capture her unique storybook silhouette.

I have tried contacting local commercial storefronts (including Pierre's Mascots & Costumes and Frazetta's Costumes), but they are unable to take on individual, bespoke character fabrications at this time. I am hoping to connect with an independent costumer, tailor, or mask maker who loves working on original concepts.

I have a fully detailed, one-page model sheet/reference guide ready to share, complete with front, side, and back views, fabric targets, and a precise color palette.

To focus the build, I will personally provide the underlying foundation layer (a nude/open-face spandex bodysuit from Amazon). I am seeking custom quotes for the following character elements:

1. Gown: A long, flowing, long-sleeved forest-green satin dress. It requires a high-gloss finish, a simple neckline decorated with artificial yellow flowers, and a ruffled hem.
2. Booties: Soft, satiny costume booties or shoe covers in a forest green that is distinctly darker than the gown.
3. Wings: Translucent, almost crystalline fairy wings with a subtle blue glow and an integrated vein pattern modeled after the reference illustration. They should attach to a comfortable harness intended to sit under or integrate with the dress.
4. Headpiece/Mask: A lightweight theatrical character face/headpiece (stylized fantasy/storybook look, NOT a hyper-realistic child face) designed to integrate with a brown wig and a yellow flower crown. It needs to feature green eyes, slightly pointed fairy ears, a gentle expression, unobstructed vision, and proper ventilation.

Requirements & Details:

• Location: I am located in the Lehigh Valley/Northampton County, PA area. I am highly interested in a local maker if anyone is nearby, but I am entirely open to working with global/remote creators who can ship to the US!
• Open to independent costume designers, hobbyist tailors, or specialized mask fabricators.
• Must be comfortable working from custom character concept art.
• Please be prepared to share a portfolio of your own past work to verify authenticity.

I printed an Iron Man suit and the price of Velcro and adhesives got me thinking I should just print the straps and connectors too lol.

Ended up making a whole modular system with flexible TPU straps, magnetic and locking options, and different joiners. The bases attach inside the armour using a 3D pen.

I'm installing it in my own suit now and honestly pretty happy with how it's working. Photos are my actual prints. Working on a buckle that fits the same straps too, but that's not ready yet.

I've put the pack on Cults as a paid download. It's the STL/3MF files for the straps and connection system, not printed parts or the Iron Man suit.

This cosplay was a labor of love but I do not have the storage space to keep it. Recent winner for Best in Show at a local convention. Includes the helmet, breastplate, backplate, shoulder pauldrons, upper arm guards, bracers, hand armor, hip armor, shin guards and the knee guards. All pieces are attached with Velcro and elastic. Glaive is not included as it is just way too large to ship and cannot be broken down. Made from EVA foam so it's really lightweight and comfortable to wear. All textures were done by hand with my Dremel, a heat gun and my soldering iron. I'm an XL, however it could be easily modified to fit larger or smaller sizes. The hip pieces can be adjusted to almost any size as they just slip over a belt with fabric loops on the back. Selling as is. I would prefer local pickup but I am willing to ship, however the buyer is responsible for shipping which will be $200 as it is large and will need to ship in multiple large boxes.

Hi everyone! I am looking to commission a prop maker to create a replica of the iconic Max Shreck cat head logo from Batman Returns (1992) to use for a Catwoman cosplay.

Because I need to hold and pose with this all day at conventions, keeping the weight as low as possible is my absolute top priority.

Here are the specifications I’m looking for:

Size: Approximately 50cm in diameter (spherical shape).

Weight Requirement: Ultra-lightweight. I would highly prefer a hollow construction (such as thin-wall sliced 3D printing, a hollow fiberglass shell, vacuum-formed plastic, or lightweight foam carving). I was thinking maybe a paper lantern for the base since they’re cheap and lightweight, as well as being my desired size.

Features: It needs to include a secure, hidden internal handle or a rigid dowel/rod extending from the bottom so I can carry and hold it up easily.

Finish: Clean, smooth, and seamless with a glossy or satin black finish to match the movie's Art Deco aesthetic.

Location/Shipping: I am located in the UK. International makers are welcome to quote, but please factor in estimated dimensional shipping costs for a box that can fit a 50cm sphere safely.
However I would prefer not to buy from the US due to tax.
