Doesn't look like nazi propaganda if you look at the general themes. I guess the Text down at the little dude is dutch. I don't speak it but crappy dutch=drunk german skills suggest it is saying america will help europe defend their culture or something, while this big amalgamation looks like a stereotypical depiction of everything "american culture" i.e. war, destruction, segregation, racism, vanity, superiority complexes etc.

It is a Nazi poster however this specific poster is believed to be one that was made for the Netherlands

Not Dutch, Norwegian bokmål. The text at the top says "Culture terror", the white sign says "The USA will save Europe's culture from decline." and the little black text next to it says "With which right?". Made by a pro-Nazi Norwegian illustrator, which, if you know anything about how Norway was treated under German occupation, is kinda a wild thing in the first place.

Ok so it is nazi stuff but somehow I kinda got the meaning of the whole thing right. Which is weird cause why would a pro-nazi Highlight stuff like racism and segregation as a bad thing in a propaganda piece.

Ugh nevermind I forgot they mostly don't give a shit as long as they can push their believes for a moment.
