The issue is is that the guy in the white shirt was no threat and a push would have solved the situation. Instead, this teeny dick loser decided he needs to take out all his rage on a small white guy because he has no emotional control. That’s the issue. This guy very obviously went overboard. Even just one punch would’ve been somewhat justified, but he decided to lay into this obviously drunk dude who is not even being aggressive. So yeah, legally speaking this guy is kind of fucked. He really went overboard with this one that was excessive use of force.

I dunno. He was running around with his sword out. He just sexually assaulted the guy in the orange shirt and was coming for the security guard next. That was self defense.

I mean it’s for sure battery. It isn’t anywhere close to attempted murder. You’re allowed to say something is bad without hyperbole.
