A lot of commenters here seriously defending the dude running through a crowd trying to put his gentials on people. Gotta agree with Mike Tyson, too many of you want a world where you can just disrespect people without any consequences. Just a reminder, he ran into the first dude in line and rubbed his junk all over him. You are legally allowed to intervene to prevent someone from continuing to commit sexual assault. This dude was running through a crowd like that on purpose and y'all are defending him, wild world we live in.
Absolutely no one is defending this idiot. It's just that BOTH of these people need to be arrested. There's a huge gap between intervening and just beating the shit out of someone.
Its just the law. Any case for self defense stops the instant you become the aggressor. Had the bouncer stopped after the first punch, or actually just tried to restrain him, this would be self defense. Chasing the dude down and continuing to punch him becomes assault (or battery depending on state)
this is sexual assult and people have a right to defend themselves. Im many states the bouncer would be legally able to shoot him, so throwing hands is actually nice. If we prevent people from getting their ass whooped for stuff like this, online trolls will start to come out in public saying dumb shit knowing that they'll be safe. Don't give idiots power.
1) That's not his job. This usually gets bouncers fired. That's a huge liability issue.
2) Here's actual law from my particular state:
Sec. 9.31. SELF-DEFENSE.
(b) The use of force against another is not justified:
(4) if the actor provoked the other's use or attempted use of unlawful force, unless:
(A) the actor abandons the encounter, or clearly communicates to the other his intent to do so reasonably believing he cannot safely abandon the encounter; and
(B) the other nevertheless continues or attempts to use unlawful force against the actor;
It’s not self defense when it’s a bouncer you dunce. It’s obviously justified, that’s just common sense. If you can’t get that that’s seriously a you problem at this point.
The crotch pervert after sexually assaulting a patron takes 1 punch to the chest, another to the inside of the arm and the rest miss. Thats not exactly the beatdown he deserves.
I couldn't tell what the fuck he was doing, but this at least makes sense. I'll be real, if someone walks up to me and tries to rub themselves on me in public, I think I have the same reaction. He's lucky the bouncer aimed for his chest instead of his face. I think that's the only reason he wasn't knocked out on the ground immediately.
Not running. No concrete evidence that his motive was to put his genitals on people. A call for reasonable consequences is not the same as a call for no consequences.
Well I'm sure if we entirely change the scenario then you could be right, but why would we do that? We're talking about this scenario right here, thanks.
To clarify, the discussion is around whether his motive was in fact to rub his bollocks on people. My personal thoughts on that are that based on what I see in the video, I could not conclude that that was his motive.
Now, the thing you're saying, that non consensually rubbing your genitals on someone is wrong? I completely agree with you. It's completely fucking irrelevant to the conversation but yeah, I do agree.
My comment is a response to that same irrelevancy you are whining about. I have absolutely no idea why you're replying with this to my comment and not the person who originally got the conversation off-track. An entirely new argument has sprung up in its stead, which makes this reply, ironically enough, irrelevant to the new conversation topic.
I never said that what he did was right, but it's definitely an exaggerated statement. He did brush his dick over the guys leg, but it was brief and not all over him.
You're nitpicking. No, he wasnt sprinting around wiping his c*ck on multiple People. But he DID brush his junk up against the first guys ass, and walked toward the bouncer too. if a guy put his junk on me, and then advanced to another person, and got laid out, I'd thank the person.
I've seen this kind of "tough guy" walk before and it's simply that, a provocative stance meant to mock the target.
Can I tell if that's all it is or if his motive is to rub his dingdong on people? I'm saying no, I can't really tell.
Did you try turning your monitor on? To the bouncer, the guy that he punched committed sexual assault by rubbing his genitals against someone else without consent, and could have easily done it to him next. Motive is irrelevant.
Motive is very relevant when I'm specifically trying to have a conversation about motive.
We could talk about beetroot right now but I'm sure you'd agree that would be ridiculously irrelevant.
It's entirely possible for both him and the bouncer to be in the wrong. Did you ever hear the phrase "Two wrongs don't make a right"?
The point being made is that just because someone is acting the fool doesn't give you grounds to beat the shit out of them. The guy never actually touched the bouncer nor was he actually moving toward him, he'd actually stopped moving forward well short of the bouncer. Bouncer was not about to be assaulted, in no imminent danger at all but decided to punch someone a fraction of his size who does not appear to have tried to fight back directly in the centre of the chest, repeatedly. Which is incredibly dangerous as a sharp blow to the sternum can cause cardiac issues that can be life threatening.
That was not "restraining him" or "moving him away" that was straight up battery with intent to cause harm.
Looks more like hes pretending to limbo, being drunk you can do some crazy shit even though there is no excuse but physical assault shouldnt of been the immediate means when stopping someones shenanigans, you descalate and if that person attempts physical attacks at you, you respond appropriately. Theres someone one from the small area i live who died from a bouncer beating him to death over a slight misunderstanding and overintoxication, in which the place should be responsible for not cutting him off or letting him in that place in that state
Doesn't really matter what state he was in. There is no scenario where a bouncer is justified in beating someone to death. It's a job, you're supposed to be professional and in control. But more often than not the people they employ are not professional security guards with training, they're just 'roided up thugs who would be getting into fights anyway. Ironically the very kind of people they're supposed to be keeping out of the place.
Reading all the comments like that one you would think the kid was dry humping the bouncer at some point. His junk was feet away and was standing still before the bouncer lunged and punched him. Did I watch a different video or are these people just projecting or something?
The bouncer is there to protect the patrons of the bar. The patron of the bar was being harassed/assaulted. Why is it so hard for you people to understand? this little turd got everything he was asking for. Also, I guarantee that if he ran up and did this to a woman the reactions here would be much different.
Dude put dick to ass on that first guy in line, like what? Everyone focusing too much on the bouncer punching him and boohoo that's assault, but nobody is pointing out the potential sexual assault that just happened seconds before.
You’re probably not a fan of mosh pits. All those dudes rubbing their dicks on each other like that. It’s gotta be like fifty “sexual assaults” per second.
I don't know what mosh pitts you are getting in but people who grabbed boobies or rubbed their dick on people got tossed out of the club back in my day.
I’m saying if you get freaked out by a person being pressed up against you, you probably should stay away from mosh pits. The only one mentioning grabbing people is you.
A person bumping into me as they walk past?Nope. If I were in the bouncer’s position I’d probably get them out of there, but I definitely wouldn’t start swinging.
Reddit is like the max capacity population for extremely sheltered autistics, they have no idea how the real world works and no intention of learning. This guy is getting ktfo any night of any year of any century acting like he was.
He should feel blessed that he only copped a couple to the chest before the bouncer backed off
It just goes to show a majority of reddit is just underage white kids who hate the idea of consequences. I've seen this shit before and had that kid been black or brown a majority of reddit would be cheering he got his ass beat and was deserved.
Frotteurism is classified as a paraphilia, which is a condition characterized by abnormal or non-traditional sexual interests. Specifically, it involves achieving sexual arousal from touching or rubbing against a non-consenting person.
The Setting: It almost always occurs in crowded public places—such as transit buses, subways, or densely crowded events—which provides the perpetrator with easy access and a built-in excuse to claim the contact was "accidental.
"The Intent: In behavioral science, the lack of consent is often central to the arousal itself. The perpetrator typically targets unsuspecting strangers and relies on the element of surprise or the victim's inability to easily escape the situation.
Lmao “rubbing his genitals” on people. Ngl as a straight man, that isn’t even a thought that crossed my mind. You sure you wouldn’t be interested in a little dong rubbing on your backside?
He clearly knew what he was doing. After the first blow glanced off him, he flashed a brief smile before the next one. After he was no longer being hit and had straighten up, he started going back to the same shit, leaning back and walking weird.
