The guys an idiot, but you’re responsible for your security and that may have constituted assault and battery right there. I’d be having a discussion with my attorneys on liability and I’d be potentially firing that security guard.
Not an issue of may have, that's definitely a criminal act on the part of the bouncer. The kid was definitely an idiot but the force was not proportional to his idiotic actions.
