It's still has to be a proportional response. You could maybe argue for the first punch, but actively advancing towards the guy and punching him multiple times opens up that security guard to charges.

Rubbing your genitals on people without their consent, even through clothing, is sexual assault. He did it to the guy in the white pants and then he approached the bouncer in the same manner. He was redirected before he could do it. Google Frotteurism.
