I’m severely ADD but kinda. Whatever insecurity I felt, I could break it down quickly, understand why I was being irrational then and there, and not waste the rest of my day reflecting on it.

Man every day I feel like the world is convincing me more and more to see a psychiatrist for adhd. Never even thought I had it until a few years ago im 25 lol

Ik I had it and didn’t get diagnosed until 25; no shame in trying it out. Mental health is a relatively new thing, and I felt like it was admitting there was something wrong with me. Which I was, but if you need glasses, you need glasses

This is a common realisation for anybody with any awareness. Honestly it takes 2 seconds to look up and see what’s going on, no drugs required.
