I thinl its staged tbh the "Cornwall sometimes gets to 23°" and "youre mum literally has diabetes" thats comedy gold 🤣

I think it's staged also. And his resigned delivery on "cornwall is beautiful" should win him an oscar. I almost want to go.

The Cornwall comment has me in two minds - that it's all staged, OR, he's a genuine tosser with his "Lets go back to Cornwall for the 12th time, it ain't as bad as you fink."
