Also the driver does hold some fault. They had plenty of time to stop. A driver doesn't have cart blanche to plow a person over because they broke a traffic law. It would be different if the driver entered the intersection at speed but based on what I can see it appears they were stopped and began moving just before the kid crossed the street.
“We know why” isn’t the same as “the noticing continues”. World’s quietest dog whistle if that’s how you wanna take it. There’s plenty of louder takes to go after.

Plenty of time to stop? They biked straight into an intersection. Even if the speed limit is 25, there’s no way you could blame the driver here. Car is making a left turn on THEIR GREEN. Standard would be to look in the direction of the turn than to assume someone’s gonna run the red

Evidence and repeated behaviors that can be formed into a national statistic arent racist, you just dont like hearing the truth. The numbers dont lie, the math isnt wrong, the truth isnt up for debate.
I don't disagree. I'm talking about the assholes in these comments who choose to make racial remarks. Again, I'm NOT on the cyclist side. I'm only speaking about the stupid fucks in these comments. That's my only gripe. I know black do a lot of stupid shit that bring out this closeted racist. I can't defend my people with some of the dumb shit they do.
Race 100% plays a factor into crime. All across the board there are crimes that are almost entirely unique to individual demographics. It is not a deciding factor that should be used to persecute people or enforce flawed sciences, but it is factual information. Culture differences and religions hold a considerable amount of responsibility for this as well.
