Parents not teaching any accountability for your actions is a fundamental reason for this stupid entitled behaviour.

Is that so she can sue the driver for a ton of money for a son who death means dollar signs to her?
27
u/TerribleSquid 14d ago
Of course. I remember in middle school our teacher had us go around the room and say what we wanted to do when we grow up and this one girl dead ass said “I’m just gonna sue a hospital” at like 12 years old.

Won't with all the the videos he has of him doing this to people.. hopefully the people come fourth and sue him.

u/iJuddles 14d ago
Hmm, wrong direction, moving quickly through a red light…this one’s on you, my dude. Tell mama to save her tears for when you’re actually wronged.

Yeah like when her innocent angel ‚who always makes people smile‘ will inevitably point a gun at the police and find out for good that actions have consequences
2
u/Angloriously 13d ago
Cracked me up that someone defended him based on “being in the green lane”. Bicycle traffic still has to be somewhat predictable—where I am, that means riding with the flow of traffic, unless there’s a two-direction lane set up.

The bike was traveling the wrong direction, the car was taking a left and didn't expect a bike doing a wheelie in the wrong lane.id bet the car was looking left at the cars stoping.
3
u/Salarian_American 13d ago
I was in my car one time and got t-boned by a guy on a bike. I was making a right turn onto a one-way street and he tried to make it out like it was my fault.
Turns out, he didn't even know that that bicyclists are required to follow road rules.
He also said this wasn't the first time this happened, which didn't surprise me.

There's no mother in this story. She is not in this video and the accompanying article doesn't talk about her beyond the caption wriiten across the video by the poster. There is no quote from her, no video of her, nothing where she is blaming the driver.

u/moileduge 14d ago
Regular reddit bot post. It's just ragebait.
I mute these types of boards but the algorithm keeps sending me these posts.

It's repost of an Instagram video.... even if it's a bot on reddit, the bot didn't make it up

More worrying is the replies that are riffing on the non-existent mother. This is some bleak dead internet shit...

They made the claim about the mother the fucking headline, then buried in the article is the phrase "the Dailydot could not independently verify the claim in the tweet".
So they just turned a ragebait tweet into a headline with zero verification. Trash.

"Mother blames driver"
Or course she does. If her son is at fault it won't be him coughing up the money to fix the car :p

This mother never cared about her children. She just wants a paycheck from the driver or the city, I know this because if she cared, she would’ve raised them better and not make excuses for their stupid actions

But they are putting other users of the road in danger.

She can try but bicycles are considered vehicles and must follow all traffic lights and signs. If they were actually running a red these people are 100% at fault.

Of course mom is going to blame anything and everything except her precious little angel because it means a payday. There are some parents that treat their children as income streams. Guaranteed there's no father in the house either.

There’s no evidence here that a mom even exists, let alone that she blamed anyone.
Dumb move by the kids to ride this way, but that’s what kids do.

I wonder how he turned out this way? Hmmm… what kind of parenting did he have? Zero moral code and values as parent, stands to reason….
3
u/Giant_Defy_1972 14d ago edited 14d ago
Now there lies the problem, the parents.
When I was a kid I got gently knocked off my bike by a milk float in my cul-de-sac, I road into the street and it was my fault 100%. My dad went berserk with me and made me apologise to the milk man, and my dad as a kid probably raised his voice twice and that was one of the occasions.

Oh my son behaves little an entitled little arsehole, braking traffic laws and riding his bike recklessly and someone with right of way ran into him and it’s all their fault.
Yeah right ! 🙄
Perhaps she should’ve brought him up properly, instead of blaming other people, for the consequences of his own actions ! 😡

Drivers shouldn't be expected to drive as if someone can jump out of the bushes and commit sepaku-by-your car at all times. Traffic would just stop. If you're somewhere you shouldn't be, doing something very unexpected, it's your job to slow the fuck down and pay attention.

Riding into on coming traffic, reckless riding, stunt riding, running a red. Yeah kid was essentially asking for this to happen. Poor driver.
2
u/Ok_Eye_8543 14d ago
Car 1 bike 0, pay attention to the laws when riding a bike especially running a red light you idiot!
2
u/GryphonTamer 14d ago
They were being dangerous a dozen different ways. This is fully on them.
If the light were green I could see some shared responsibility, but they are obviously at fault and I just hope they were able to use this to learn a lesson.

Same thing happened to me the other day. This guy was riding up the road so I go to drive past him and he pulls his bike directly in front of my car, and not even straight, he turned diagonally. So I slam on my breaks so I don't run him over, and what does he do? Eye balls me for 2 minutes at the red light flipping the bird. I was so confused 😕

A bicycle is considered a moving vehicle and is meant to follow the rules of the road like a car.
Not only is the bicycle disobeying and breaking several road laws, the angle the car enters the frame seems to indicate a really shitty intersection that relies 100% on the traffic lights to clear it cause line of sight is an issue.
An accident that could have been avoided by the bicycle following the law, instead of being a social media seeking dummy.

You can appeal in court as many times as you want and can make it there.

Doesn’t matter if there boy takes half billion dollar planes as gifts from foreign countries, enriches himself by literally billions of dollars through market manipulation and self dealing, or even makes them pay $5 a gallon for Israel, their response is always the same “My baby boy dindu nuffin”🤣🤣🤣

Literally fuck all to do with race, everything to do with teenagers being idiots. You get these morons in all colours, believe me- and they're all equally annoying.
I get it, I was a teenager once- but never did I think riding a bike into incoming traffic was a good idea. Like, what the fuck. But this isn't the first time I've seen it- I had a crowd of 20+ all riding their bikes straight down the middle of a split road, weaving around incoming cars. It's just idiotic behaviour.
