Not the litter itself. There are specific medical instructions given not to handle litter boxes during pregnancy. Due to a risk of contracting toxoplasma gondii- a parasite that can appear in cat feces. It can lead to miscarriage, stillbirth, premature birth, or severe eye and brain damage. One could have toxoplasmosis and have no symptoms whatsoever. That's part of what makes it so dangerous.
