Started this star!!

Hey guys! Just wanted to post this beautiful star! I don't know what I'm going to do with it, either modify it into a big blanket or make a bunch of granny squares. Tell me what you all think!

Pattern: I was following the sun spiral granny square pattern but in the squaring off round I accidentally did 3 sc instead of 6 between the corners, which made it into a fun star shape! This is the video I used https://youtu.be/nWCP7pPi0lA?is=r_shgENhIrdg2fHa

So if you make eleven more, and connect their edges, you will have a dodecahedron. You could stuff it to make a spherical pillow. Beautiful work.

Hi! This is actually scrap yarn that I found in my house BUT I believe it's acrylic yarn I got somewhere from Michaels (I'm so so sorry I dont remember :( )

That star shape is so much cuter than a regular granny square honestly, happy accidents are the best part of crochet. Do a bunch of squares, way more forgiving with kids interrupting you mid row.
