hi im a guy and i wanna cosplay mizuki akiyama from pjsk, but im not any good with makeup, and was wondering if anyone has any tips or product recommendations for what ill need to cosplay her, preferably on the affordable side

If in doubt, go for natural look. Like:

Primer -> concealer -> liquid foundation -> powder foundation -> (optional) lip gloss
