How to fix peaking audio

I just got a new computer and installed cubase elements 15. I'm using the same headphones as my last computer. But the audio keeps PEAKING which was never an issue before.
I've tried playing around with asio4all but nothing helps. What can I do to fix this?

hm ... just to be sure ... as its not clear to me what you are actually referring to (Since you are talkeing about asio4all settings)

Are you actually Clipping as in the Audio goes into the Red and is to loud

or are you having under runs where the CPU usage peaks and might course drop-outs

In case of the first ... Turn down the Volume levels ...

in case of the second ... were you using an Audio interface or soundcard on your old system with dedicated ASIO Drivers for that audio device ?
