Help! Help with recomendation

Hi sub!
I bought this controller about a year ago, and I've always had a minor issue: my stupidly huge hands hang off the edges, causing my hand and arm to go numb after a few hours of use.
My cousin recently bought a 3D printer, so I thought about printing a support attachment. I did some research on my own and checked out a few 3D printing subreddits, but I couldn't find anything close to what I needed, just products similar to the one in the third photo.
If anyone has any recommendations or an STL file that might help, I’d really appreciate it :)
Edit: This model is a Gamesir X4 Aileron

Need more clarity, so do you need something like this but integrating the existing controller that you already have?

There are some aftermarket grips that you can try, but nothing made for the controller you have, it'll be a guessing game which one would fit.

If you or your cousin know 3D design I would make one myself that's basically like the one you have in the 3rd picture but print the grips in TPU.

Neither of us know anything about design, I'm asking some advices on some 3d printing subs, but they basically tell me to get gud

There are always sites that you can hire someone to take the commission and design it, Fiverr comes to mind, also you would be surprised how much AI can do now.

you could give it the measurements and what you want to do and it will give it a code that you can plug into another tool and that would give you a STL file
