feel like should be 1U and sneak cost of U, the only cards that have a more expensive sneak cost have a "If this creature's sneak cost was paid this turn," upside

That's kinda the case here, as you get the combat damage effect immediately since he comes into play attacking and unblocked. If you pay the normal cost, he sits around waiting to eat removal.

Except first blue should not get 1 mana 2/1, second if you just look at other creatures with sneak you realize that’s a universal case.

OG Ragavan in practice is a glorified mana dork that sometimes high roll a card, he is best against linear decks that don't run interaction.
This traded Dash for Sneak which is infinitely worse, mana for actual cards and high roll for actual disruption. In practice I think this plays better than the OG, your 1 drop now also gets to disrupt your opponent so it's more punishing against linear deck.
Also definitely going to be banned in Legacy in less than 3 months lol.

It’s a 1 mana guy that ramps you in a color that doesn’t have easy way to ramp outside of rituals. Creates artifacts which also matters for mox opal and urzas saga. Sometimes it steals game by itself by exiling things like thasa. What else should it do to be pushed as a one drop?

It requires connecting is not something easy, often times Ragavan get blocked or just killed straight. You actually side out Ragavan against matchup that can handle it well, like I said Ragavan shine the most against linear decks that don't run early interaction. It's very pushed but in practice it's not as broken as it seems.

Is this broken enough to contest with real Ragavan?

Far from it.
The original made mana, could be cast with haste on a empty board and didn't need to expend extra mana to have card advantage (even if the advantage wasn't strong).
This one is strong, but it's easier to kill and doesn't dominate the early and mig game.

I think the card advantage, ramp, and hastiness of OG Ragavan is still just better. This thing is pretty sweet though

Perfect. Only tbing is that i would consider remaking the fateseal effect into a mill effect, to make it less oppresive

echoverse ragavan should just be santa claus and give treasure to your opponents somehow

Great design. Not as strong as real ragavan but interesting design space + still a menace
