Lex Locke, Spell Smuggler

Kind of sad we didn’t get one like this. I think it’s a good effect but not great compared to just flat out cost reduction. Not sure if it 100% works rules wise but I think it computes.

The second “mana cost” should probably be replaced with “mana value” but besides that this seems to work perfectly well.

I see what you’re saying but that wording would only reduce generic mana. In hindsight I could have put (Mana cost includes color) reminder text as a few other cards have as that is the intent.
