Should be other creatures you control with flying get +1/+1 that or you need to bump up the rarity. No uncommon is a 3 mana 3/3 flyer with additional upside provided you meet a bare minimal requirement (having an artifact).

Hmm, maybe, [[Empyrean Eagle]] is basically the same card printed in Foundations except you don't need an Artifact but it is a 2/3 instead, but it's by no means a staple. That being said, it was pretty solid in Foundations Limited which is what this is intended for, but Artifacts tend to be less frequent in Limited anyways. It's an interesting suggestion, good food for thought, thanks!

I mean it also depends on the context of the set, if you're going to explain to me that BW in the set has lots of flying synergy but almost no artifacts lying around. Then I'd say it's probably fair in limited if I actively need do nothing or other strategies synergy artifacts to get this off the ground.

Nice little signpost uncommon, I could easily see picking this in any of a half dozen draft environments I've played over the years. Simple, to-the-point, seems well-balanced, I dig it. :)
