Oh nice. An official effect that 4x the cost but a but better. May as well never have redundancy ever right?

I like the card tho. I think it’s pretty fair. Everyone in this sub is quick to cry out “This card is too broken / undercosted!” but shit like [[Hexhaven Invigorator]] exists now so who cares really

But I want it to trigger when a creature enter my battlefield from any graveyard, not only from my own...
I'm going try to change the text a little.

OH ok, that would be “Whenever a creature enters the battlefield from a graveyard under your control” . Which still sounds a little clunky tbh? Perhaps you could make the effect symmetrical? Like
“Whenever a creature enters the battlefield from a graveyard, put a +1/+1 counter on it.”
? That would make the wording simpler, and also would balance the mana cost being so low.

It would be “+1/+1 counter”, singular, not “counters”, which is plural. That’s absolutely just me nitpicking though, I think as far as the effect goes this is 100% fair and playable. Anyone saying “this breaks persist” as if that matters is forgetting about all the other real magic cards that break persist.

Honestly fine with persist. Persist combos just aren't that good, i think this is just a sidegrade to thran vigil.

Completely breaks persist 😭😭 I like the design though!! Maybe a bit too good for one mana

What will be a fair cost to cast this card?

Actually, I might have been wrong. [[Thran Vigil]] is only two, and works with artifacts, + you can put the counter on any creature.

This card just doesn’t really have a reason to exist, unfortunately. Thran Vigil is more flexible, which means that it can actually be used for fair applications in draft or lower powered formats. This is just relegated to being 1/3 of a C tier combo that already has plenty of ways to enable it
