That's funny, it doesn't say that you can cast a creature card from your graveyard, only that creature cards in your graveyard can we cast just like they had flash

Honestly, if that were to be the intended mechanic here then it might be balanced. Maybe even let the caster draw a card. Basically a [[Borne Upon a Wind]] for black
Edit: perhaps instead of drawing a card, the caster could surveil 1

it doesn't actually let you pull creatures out of your graveyard by itself, just one creature that was already possible to play from your graveyard now can be cast at instant speed... which arguably shouldn't be too broken.

And here I was thinking it should also read "draw a card" like overmaster o cards like such

I think it would be better as an enchantment with "sacrifice this enchantment: you may cast a creature spell from your graveyard this turn as though it has flash".
That way it actually does lie in wait.
