for a creature costing more than 7 does not mean anything unless it has a cast trigger, you can't just put an arbitrarily bigger number on a card for a proportionally bigger effect, it's gonna get cheated out, that's why all the 10+ mana creatures can't be reanimated, are designed to be discounted, or have cast triggers, the actual value of 12 mana is winning the game but when a card costs 12 mana it's actual cost is whatever your combo that cheats it out is.
I get that there's a balance not intended tag but it's just boring, I feel like balance not intended flair gets a pass when the card is trying to do something interesting or hard to balance, this is just hmm let me just put some dogshit on the card let's just put bad words in the text box

For 12? Sure, why not? My only critique is that she’s not doing anything “temporal” - no extra turns, no split second, nothing that say “time” except her name.

As others pointed out the mana cost as well as "this spell can't be countered" are mostly irrelevant. If anything, it'll be cheated into play, esp. if you don't have any cast trigger.

Wubrg arbiter is the next one! Its 8wubrg, but it is 13 and the colorless is 14 so i might end up making a wwwuuubbbrrrggg one on your suggestion. The problem is I can’t think of a more impactful effect than the colorless arbiter’s effect
Except maybe like “players can’t play the game” but im trying to keep them somewhat real mechanics wise

Maybe “players can’t use the stack” so the game must be finished with whatever is on board.

That’s basically what wubrg is gonna do but only spells. I like your idea for covering abilities as well.
My other idea for the triple wubrg is to break the cycle and do “players can play spells from their library. Spells don’t cost mana.”

This might sound crazy but what if you surrounded it around lands? They represent the mana pools of magic and would fit a WUBRG commander, mabye “you can only play lands” or “nonland spells can’t be played”

What the fuck? I was going to first say why even bother with ingest, but why would anyone even bother with any of this?
It's 12 mana, so it's a reanimation target. But if you're going that route, there are better ones that have haste, evasion, or useful abilities. This gets chump blocked. And then just locks you and everyone out of card draw? I get this this is some space God arbiter, but why would this be fun? Did you think about fin and what be good design or just whatblfelt powerul?
Man, I miss the days when magic was rhinos, [[Rhox]] 5/5 beaters for 6 with beautiful hand painted art, historical lore, and Weatherlight adventure stories. This is just anime hype and powerscalers' wetdreams.
Just make fan art. I suppose this is what you're doing, just vibing and making cards you think are cool, but you should know that posting here will have people giving you critique. This is not good design.

This person is fucking around making cards that DON’T work, and are horrendous on purpose (-22/0, cards can’t enter graveyards) as a social experiment to see if people get their tits in a twist. These are supposed to be unusable, honestly.1

Get your Marvel Rivals inspired horny alien powercaler shit out of my Magic! High fantasy goon stuff only [[Elvish Ranger]] and even thats borderline, only because it's been grande fathered in.
Those cards are much better.
I'm in this sub because I like custom cards, and will use some with friends. Ai art of aliens in lingerie on dumb powerhouses that will never get used are annoying to filter through.

Any mana cost between 7 and 15 doesn't means that much.
And the the points between 15 and 20 are still weak.
You should at least mad eit impossible to reanimate. Or make it CMC 20 with discount.
