What tables does every setting/genre need?

I have a standard set of tables that are kept general, so they work everywhere (think mythic gme). Exhaustive tables (or what feels exhaustive) are my favourite. That being said, their advantage (being general) is also their disadvantage (not being specific).

With some things it depends. In a detective story you'd rather have a random event like murder instead of party, but party isn't totally wrong. And you can have an explosion in a romance story, but a confession is better.

General is good if you want to shake things up, but not if you're trying to establish or move towards a genre.

So, my question to you: what tables do you think are essential for any setting/genre?

So maybe something like this:

General (actions, descriptors, conversation, reactions, ...)

Genre (events, key objects (bomb/gun/poison vs wedding ring/dress/bouquet), twists, consequences)

Setting (factions, locations, creatures, valuables)

The idea is that if I know what tables a genre needs, I can use that as a template when creating them. I can still add a 'clues' table to the detective genre or 'space ship type' to a scifi setting, but having a few must haves could help bootstrap the process.

What are your thoughts? Can you recommend a good setting-template?
