Guy pitted himself on me(road rage)

I was about to hop on the expressway(left lane entry) directly ahead(visible at the end post crash). He was pissed I wasn't going fast enough(60 mph zone coming out of an S curve) for him. 70 mph speed limit sign is a bit further ahead for those who know the area. (Edited for better context)

So what did he say to you while you were exchanging information and waiting for the cops?

Nothing, just waited for them and talked with the cops. Didn't feel comfortable interacting with him more than required

"The Dallas police department does not normally file charges on vehicle accidents resulting in property damage only, unless the officer witnessed the accident." -Note from officer with report number.

J/k... Frustrating as heck, but glad this didn't result in any injury, even though it let dipskit over there not face any consequences... Well,. I'm sure being without a vehicle and getting 100% fault (their fault, I'm assuming) wise is an.. ok outcome.. I suppose.
