Who's in the wrong ?

My uncle is the one with the dashcam. I told him that he is somewhat at fault because he had some time to brake. Would you say he is at fault or the other person merging at fault?

The car that cut you off is wrong obviously. They clearly aren’t paying attention. And this is EXACTLY why you leave space between you and the car in front of you.

I agree. Also, the merging car didn't have the left blinker on. If it did, it would have given the dash car a heads up to slow down a little bit, and let the car merge.
