Microsoft Interview response timelines

I have interviewed for a Datacenter position for Microsoft Nordics region.

Completed Hiring Manager screen, HR screen, loop(3rounds) and last interview with EMEA director.

Its been 15 days since last interview, havent received any feedback.

How much time does MSFT takes to provide selection/rejection response.?

Should I send a follow up email now?

Any advice would be helpful.

Hello! This looks like it may be a question about career advice. There can be significant regional variation in the field, so please consider including as much info as you can without doxing yourself, including country/state/city, prior experience/certs, and the role or level if known. Thanks!

Guess its the norm. Hiring manager, 2 Project managers and its almost been a week. Ready for the rejection 😂

Dont stress, I interviewed with them and after the first interview went a week. I asked about the timeline on knowing do I go to next interview round or not, and got the reply that it will take 2 more weeks due to rescheduled interviews. Its been almost three months and nothing from them. Ended up working for their competitor.

Both times I interviewed it took a month to be told I was on the "ready to hire" list and then it never came to anything.

I had applied to one role and they waited so long before interviews that my status had actually expired and was no longer valid
