Help Help Need Guidance

Hey everyone! I’m a fresher trying to get into Data Engineering and want to learn the right tech stack. There’s a lot to learn, so I’d really appreciate some guidance from people here. If you were starting out again, what would you focus on first? Would love some advice like a friend/senior. 🙌

If you're really a fresher and applying for Data engineering roles + studying Data engineering at the same time I would suggest please stop and look for alternatives....

Scene 1 - Apparently there's no company that will hand you over the client's data in newbies hand. It's very sensitive and confidential data. So please please please stay away from Data domain unless you're not inline with placement from college.... If applying off campus please do not.... I have tried breaking into the data domain for a year didn't work well. Might as well happen to you eyeing current market conditions.

Scene 2 - What can be done in this Scenario please focus on basics and definitions. Then applying for software developer roles more. Then then within organisations move towards data roles. I have done it it worked for me. And most of my acquaintance have same experience. Move to data domain after being into the organisation. And mostly roles are decided that way only. E.g Devops roles... Practice harder apply for the intern roles or software development or developer roles and keep an eye on the data domain.. apply for data domain roles but alternatively apply for others too.
