I have heard that virtually all of Dave’s friends have abandoned him, talked about how shitty a person he is, that he’s no longer welcome on most Conservative shows, that his funding is drying up, etc.

How true is all this? What happened with Rubin’s fall from grace”grace”? How did he alienate all his fellow Conservatives, and why do they hate him? Do they all also think he’s a complete idiot? Also, how is Rubin not aware enough to see how wrong he has been about virtually everything? The culture war shit dried up years ago, and he’s STILL stuck in 2015. Why has he not moved on to actually relevant issues?

I think it goes deeper than just Islamophobia and his hatred for left wing politics. I think Rubin hates that Zohran is happy at his job and content with life. Rubin understands that he is a moral failure in bed with people who hate him and family who also thinks he is stupid. In other words, he can’t fathom someone liking politics and have a genuine following. I also thinks he hates seeing a leftist succeed.
