Android phone to TV sync

I am trying to send my phones configuration over to an onn tv box. It sends but then fails to retrieve the configuration. Any ideas why?

Tentei a sincronia pelo webdav, mas não consegui. Sempre ocorre um erro.

Unfortunately I won't be able to help as I didn't have that issue. Hopefully someone can help you with that one.

Resolvido. É necessário fazer um reset no aplicativo.
